Our stay at the hotel was a major disappointment. While the room was cleaned daily and the pool areas were nice, the overall service was appalling and multiplied our frustrations. The location is decent, but it doesn't make up for the lack of attention to guest satisfaction or the subpar dining experience.

I had a lovely family getaway at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful grounds and multiple pools.
